On April 14, 2007, Melinda Moore and David Crockett donated the use of Arrowhead Farm for a gala to benefit the Mercer County Fair Horse Show. This event, intended to be held annually, will raise money for the construction of a barn to replace the one that burned last This event, intended to be held annually, will raise money for the construction of a barn to replace the one that burned last December, previously used as training headquarters for Willie "Jack Rabbit" Bottoms and the Freeman Brothers. A modern 39-Stall barn will upgrade the current facilities. A Master Plan includes other feature improvements, including a cover for the show ring. LeMayne Ellis, fair board president, and Brad Noel, horse show manager, served as co-chairmen for the successful event.
